N H S….. Rotherham – Doncaster – Barnsley

• The main works was at Rotherham District General Hospital. On opening of the New hospital we won the maintenance contract.

• The major works was the new build junior doctors flats and mess quarters.

• 5 new ward refurbishments.

• We was awarded the contract to build a new Radio Pharmaceutical Department which at the time was the only one  of its type in the country.

Parsons Cross School

• New build school and play areas.

New Build Housing Sites

•   19 flats at Kendrey, Barnsley.

•   6 flats at Hough Lane, Wombwell.

•   3 New industrial units, Adwick.

New Public House and Hotel

•   Client -  Pastures Leisure.

Brooks Leisure

•   New Build – 24 luxury apartments, Barnsley.

•   Build new Public House, Barnsley.

•   Various refurbishments to their existing night clubs.

•   Build new Crystals night club, Sheffield.

D C Cook Motor Group

•   We was awarded 12 new car dealerships and 18 refurbishments to their existing.

•   We built the M 1 Motor Auctions, Rotherham.

•   We also built their head office, Rotherham.

Action 2000 Ltd ( Part of The D C Cook Group)

•   Over a period of 6 years we built 35 petrol filling station in various areas of the country for the following clients Esso – Petro Fina – Conaco –Repsol UK – and Total Group.

•   We built 2 new car dealerships.

Vardy Group

•   We built new dealership, Nottingham.

Dixon Group

•   We built new dealership, Barnsley.

Paul Eyre Carpets

•   We opened 65 new stores in various locations in the country over a period of 5 years.

Wilkinson Group of Stores

•   We opened 8 new stores in various locations in the country.

Lidl Group of Stores

•   We built 8 new stores in South Wales.

New Build Housing

•   Build 10 new houses at Adwick.

•   Build 4 new houses Manor Lane, Adwick.

•   Build 12 new houses, Dore Sheffield.

Lord Barbers Residence was purchased at Wentbridge

•   Convert existing property into 6 luxury apartments
